Simon.com + PayPal Securecard...= NO

Has anyone ever tried this before??I tried to purchase a simon.com giftaccount with my paypal account. And not only was I charged TWICE but the agent said my mastercard(securecard) information could not be verified.

Probably best to stick with a verified by visa cc.
