Default Prepaid cards that can be used to withdraw to Merchant accounts and Paypal in 2014

So looking around for prepaid cards that have an account# and routing# so they could be used to withdraw funds from a merchant account or Paypal.

Some that I found from earlier posts were Amex Bluebird, Payoneer, Rush, Netspend, Kaiku, Excellacard. Can anyone comment on these or add any to the list? Any changes in 2014?

Many thanks in forward!

try finding prepaid cards that use Bancorp those seem to work best for me. Stay away from Metabank (Netspend) several posts on how they dont work. Account Now is good but fee is almost 10 a month, found a couple cards i use that have 4 and 2 dollar monthly fees so you just got to do your searching around

Problem with listing those that work....is that once they are listed, they stop being good. Best to test some yourself.

like what gosunsplease said, stay away from Metabank (Netspend), if the name is mismatched, they just hold the money, they don't return it to paypal, i have that bad experience, they suck
