Trying to verify seller's account using Entropay

I have been trying to verify the entropay card I just signed up for but keep getting this message -

"The following must be corrected before continuing:

Credit or debit card - Your card could not be authorised. Please re-enter your card number, card identification and expiry date. "

It actually happens with another card which I haven't used on eBay at all as well.

After you signed up for the Entropay account (using your real information), did you then create a virtual card using the "stealth" eBay/PP account contact information? The card's contact information must match what's on eBay/PP.

It's always best to post in an existing thread before creating a new one.

yup,if your virtual card info match ur ebay and pp info, that can work! btw: if you pay your ebay fee, info is not important!

Used my entropay card on PP, no problem.

tried on ebay, gets declined/refused.

Not changed address or anything on entropay account.

It matches ebay and paypal.

Any ideas?
