Need help with paypal verification or raising limits
 

I live in Canada.
I have an unverified paypal account with completely ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information (still a Canadian address and my Canadian IP) that is active for over 4 years now. Must be some sort of a miracle it didn't get limited yet, but I assume it's somewhat trusted now by their system or something.

For some reason when I click on "View Limits" nothing shows up, the page is identical to "Overview".

So the first question would be, what are my limits? $500 sending per month? What about receiving?

When I click "Get Verified" I see only 2 requirements, add and confirm bank account.

My second question would be, how can I verify it with a bank account when all the pp information is ⊗⊗⊗⊗?

Will adding a CC (vcc) help me raise monthly limits? If so, which one should I use? Is there one that would accept funding from unverified pp?

1) you will need a VBA, you can get one of these at the seller market

2) if you dont have a vvc added to your pp account, you will need to for verification.

your $500 limits will be lifted after you have these down.

or you can add a real bank account...
