I called on December 13 to follow up had a very difficult time explaining to the customer service represenative what the problem was. She spoke very little english and after being on hold 23 minutes she told me she was not able to find my order. I told her that was strange since it shows up on my credit card bill and I have a transaction number. She apologized, sounded very confused and assured me someone would call the next day to clear up the problem. Three days later still no phone call. |
