Simon and Half.com

Has anyone had issues with Simon and Half.com. I just purchased a Simon card about three weeks ago to verify Paypal. I had no problem.

However, today when I went to verify on half-com, I kept getting an error message that the card was declined. Funny thing is the charges showed up on my card. Likewise, they were not declined.

Any thoughts!!!

Same thing happened to me for Paypal verification.
