I tried entropay but it won't get accepted for USPS. I'm trying to intercept a parcel so it can return to sender. My sister runs an etsy store and she is getting feedback extortion by a buyer and etsy won't lift a finger about it.

I can't get VCC that's more than $5 and I need $12 for usps intercept. It's too late now because the item is delivery...
