Soft limited on PayPal, asking me to confirm location

When I try to verify with entropay I get:
You have not linked a credit card to your account. The Phone Location Confirmation process has been cancelled.

I would like to sort this asap, thanks.

You need an AVS VCC to pass the first part and an area-specific landline phone number to pass the second part.

Check which sellers can provide this in the marketplace rather than putting out a general plea for help as you could be approached by all sorts of scammers out to take your money.

Alternatively get yourself a Visa gift card out of a supermarket and register it in the stealth name.
