Best VCC for verifing US Paypal in 2014?

Hello everyone. Im new to eBay and Im outside US.
I have read the post and most of you said vanilla VCC is good.
However, I cant buy vanilla in my country.

so my question is what VCC work best with Paypal?:thumb:

Is EntroPay good?

Which VCC can verify paypal immediately?:mod:

Entropay works well as a VCC - which platform of PP are you on? .com? Please provide that information to know for VERIFYING (most of the time you need bank to verify)...
