VCC vs AVS VCC. Not clear on which I should get
 

Hi everyone,

I am about to purchase a VBA and perhaps a VCC on the board. I am still unclear on whether I need a VCC or AVS VCC?

Here's what I am looking to do.

I am looking to purchase a couple of established accounts to get started selling on those quickly. My understanding is that those will come already set up with VBA and VCC. Verified already and I will need to attach my own real bank account and phone.

Next, I am working on setting up my own stealths and see people talking about "AVS VCC" in order to verify address on Paypal.

I was going to buy a Vanilla card at Walgreens for the VCC and then just register with the same address/zipcode that is on the stealth account and add to Paypal.

But what is this about AVS? What am I missing here?

AVS is Address Verification Service

Purchase of the Vanilla card would work.

You wont need a VBA in your particular case OP :)

I am very happy to hear these vanilla cards are working to verify paypal

I am thining about buying this $25 visa vanilla from walmart, I think I have read on here not to buy the reloadable cards, I guess this card I want to buy is not reloadable

what i do is open a real bank acc and buy a vanilla cards + buy a track phone the cards come in 25 50 100. i buy the 25.00 MAKE SURE TO ONLY BUY THE GIft CARDS vanilla NOT THE OTHER ONE HERE IS A PIC.

Hi are the vanilla visa cards still working in 2018? Does it have to be reloadable or not?
