Card with online delivery OR can be bought in store?

So I am still trying to get my EBAY account up and running (havent even gotten to Paypal yet).

I bought a Deluxe card a few days ago online and still havent received in mail, getting restless to sell so am looking to alternatives...

I have read about people mentioning cards with online delivery of the info that work with Ebay/Paypal. Which ones are these that work with Ebay /Paypal? Do they just send the CC info to your email after you buy it online?

OR what is a card that you can purchase in a store and immediately go and upload the the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address/name info? I tried to look for a few of these in the stores.. simon, gift2go, etc but couldnt find them.

I have stores anound me like CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, Wawa so if anyone could tell me specific cards that they were able to purchase at these stores and then immediately go and upload the info and immed use to register with Ebay? THANKS!

The Delux cards take about 7-10 days to arrive. Remember the post office was closed yesterday (October 13th).
