Best VCC for Canada
 

What's the best VCC that's currently accepted by most major platforms these days (ebay, pp, facebook etc.)?

I have vanilla visa & 3v on the list.

I've also tried the vanilla mastercard and apparently it doesnt allow you to register your address/postal code, which makes it useless for online transactions since some payment procress doesn't allow such payment to go through. (this was 1.5 years ago since i last tried).

Also, are there any cards that doesnt charge such as high 'activation fee'. If I buy a $20 3vcash vcc, the fee is a whooping $2.95. That's over 10%!

Fee is always there.

I have Entropay for eB and pp.

I have also used RBC Gift card - Minimum load of $25 with 2.95 or 3.95 activation fee (not sure on the fee right now)
