Which gift card can I buy, using paypal plug-in and without ssn?
 

Hello guys!I have us paypal account and want to buy gift card using their plug-in system.I also don't have ssn number since I've just rented mailbox in US for ebay+paypal needs but I need to cash out some money from paypal and I thought that I can buy visa-mc debit prepaid gift card and cash out it in atm in my country or just buy something in stores.Is there any solution for my situation?I heard that simon does not allow to buy using paypal mc so need to find other online gift card.
