Cashplus took my money
I've had an express account for about two years, and there is a limit on the total accumulated amount of money you can add to this card before you will need to upgrade. I didn't keep track of the amount and when I deposited £250 last week they sent me an email that I have exceeded the total allowed by £246 and that I need to upgrade and verify things.
My account now only shows £4 balance, and the rest (£246) seems to have disappeared. I tried calling them but they kept me on hold and after wasting 35 pounds on that expensive number I didn't get a live person to talk to.
What can I do to get my money now without upgrading? I don't care if they close the account, but I need that money back. What should I do?
