Short & Sweet: FEEL FREE TO CRITICIZE > double checking

Q1:
Can I use a Visa/Debit Card (2 in 1 card) for Paypal Verification. This Visa/Debit is attached to a suspended Checkings Acc via the bank, but has not yet been used for any Paypal Acc's. It merely withdraw's funds from this Acc for purchases.

Q2:
Can I use a different Checkings/Savings Acc with the same bank
Ex. - Suspended TD Bank Checking Acc, can I open New Checking Acc & use it?
(With Same Bank)

Q3:
With a Suspended Acc; can I request a NEW visa from the Bank & use this card with a new Stealth Acc. (Same bank, just new card #)

Thanks For Your Time. I have an idea of each answer, but must double check with those wiser than me.

Q1 - No. It will fail the AVS check. You cannot use a real life card. Needs to be a VCC>

Q2 - Yes, so long as the bank has no issues with mismatching names.
