Savings accounts do the trick, they do not credit check you i believe

any of them i believe, esaver i think they're called. BTW you are likely to get a message saying Direct Debit not allowed, do not fear, as long as you confirm the deposits you can still withdraw

Your Everyday Saver account is now open

can i use a previously linked bank account to put the mandatory money to start the account up ?? its asking me to transfer some money into the new account ?

If.youre asking whether you can use a previously linked bank to.fund.your new bank.account...then yes of course. Bank would not share this type of info with paypal.
As long as paypal doesnt get previously linked cards added, then youre fine.
