Hi i new on this, i hope you can help me!

Few weeks ago i bought one Visa Vanilla by 100$, i did that only thinking cashout or withdraw later through ebay.

I want to buy and sell myself to change that 100$, even with the fees i going to get more $$.

I from Vnzla, and we cant exchange bsf x $, like others example $ x €, but a i can find many Visa Vanilla 20pts under the price of dollar, i tried to buy and sell myself with differents ebay accounts but i cant.

So i hope can you help me, i want buy with VV through ebay to another ebay account controlled by me, then withdraw that to bank account

Activity between your stealth accounts is VERY dangerous and not advised. It is best to keep them TOTALLY SEPARATE! Too much risk of creating a link.

ok, when i talk about two accounts, i mean with differents usernames differents paypal accounts, differents bank accounts, and obviously differente IP, example the seller account located in FL, and me the buyer here in my country, could be?
