Question About Paypal Account
 

Hey Guys,

To make a long story short, I had my own ebay account with 100% positive feedback, power seller, trs.

I got into business with a former friend who all but ruined the joint venture. ebay did their investigating and linked that mishap to my ebay account and banned it.. 2 accounts gone overnight.

Prior to this happening, I opened an ebay account for my sister to sell of some stuff she had. She has since handed her account for me to use as my own.

Paypal wants me to add either a bank account or credit card. My sister gave me the info to one of her cards but the address for her card is the same one I used for the shipping address from my banned account.

I understand paypal and ebay work "separately" but is this safe or should i just grab a prepaid visa from walgreens?
