Confused about VCC
 
After reading the Stealth guide several times, I have created a new online banking account with my real info. Now the only thing that I need is a VCC/prepaid card which are the same thing correct? I am confused as to which one to get as I am located in the USA and most of the posts are from those who are located in the UK. What is the best prepaid card to get to verify my PP/eBay information in the USA?

There are people here who sell VCC's that work for eBay, PayPal and Amazon.

A VCC is just a virtual credit card. Some people use gift cards. Vanilla Visa seems to work well, or at least it has for me. But more often than not, I use VCC's. It is just easier that way.

Yep the vanilla gift card is the way to go. It supports AVS and is accepted by ebay/paypal for verification purposes. Easiest way to do things.

Can also look at Entropay.

For Vanilla VISA, go on the website and register the zip code to that of the stealth account address
