Buying VCCs with PayPal?
 

Hey there, recently bought eBay Stealth and am kind of running into an issue.

I do not have a credit/debit card of my own, nor a bank account (yet). I'm hoping to get a online Chase account after I get this whole VCC (if that will even work).

That means that I cannot buy from many VCCs that I've found.

Would anyone happen to know of a VCC that accepts PayPal as a form of payment, such as loading the card with money? I've found Mango does it; however, for some reason, it will not accept my SSN information, despite everything being accurate. Two days ago, I activated a PayPal debit MasterCard over the phone with no issue with my SSN, so I assume that perhaps it has something to do with their verification system.

Note that my PayPal is verified with a credit card/bank account (family member's), but I do not have permission to spend with it. So I use my own money earned.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

If you can't get a VCC just go get a Vanilla Visa Gift Card....problem solved.

Issue with that it seems Vanilla Visa gift cards are only available in store, and I'm basically trapped in my home 24-7 since I don't have a driver's license... Unless there is some way to buy it online?

You can always buy a VCC from forum authorized sellers....I'm sure some might take Paypal.
