What is the difference between eBay VCC's and Paypal VCC's and why difference prices?

What are the differences and why won't Paypal VCC's (tend to be cheaper) not work for eBay VCC's? Why are eBay VCC more expensive?

Hi, there just different cards just like some cards work for paypal but not for amazon, some cards work for paypal and not for ebay that's just how it is. Usually paypal vccs are more expensive cause paypal charges the card more money than ebay.

The most common way of doing it, is just adding a vcc to pp and then linking pp to ebay, if you do that then you dont need a vcc on ebay.
