What prepaid cards allow to buy from non usa websites?

Hi I have bought a few of them visa pre paid cards that you pick up at stores here in the US and finding that they dont let you buy or pay for things from websites that are located outside of the usa. So what pre paid cards can be purchased for this?

Entropay VCC allows for this - it's not a prepaid card persay but...it works
