VCC security issue

I am going to buy a ebay vcc from the market place, is it safe to give out my contact details to them before I can get the vcc, I suppose the contacts and ebay account details have to be identical, is that right?

That depends on the VCC seller. Some VCC's may require some details and others will not. Buying VCC's here is generally safe. The seller of a VCC should not need all of your account details, although they may need some limited information.
