VCC and AVS VCC?
 

I was going to buy a vcc in the market place but got confused between vcc and avs vcc as seller told me so.....

When I try to sell the first item in ebay, it ask me to input credit card information for verification, so I thought I need vcc for this purpose. But I need to input name and address when submit to ebay, seller says I need avs vcc instead, what are the differences?

Im totally unfamiliar with your country....so not sure if entropay is an option for you.
In the UK, entropay is a VCC which bypasses the AVS so is a good VCC for us to use.
As said, unsure whether thats an option for your country.
But that is what your seller is saying you need....a VCC that will bypass the Address Verification System

It would depend on your country that the account is located in. Some vcc have the options of adding an address to it which enables it to pass avs checks.
