Withdrawing to entropay
 

Ok my question is pretty simple , i have a PP account that i can withdraw from , directly to visa issued VCC . Can i withdraw to Entropay ?

I ve found conflictual answers , some seem to say that you cannot others that is possible . Let me emphasize , i CAN withdraw from PP to visa issued credit card .

So my question is specifically for entropay . Any take on this ?

P.S Given that i am not located in the USA and have no SSN , my withdrawal options are quite limited . Pffff i am some bank accounts away from cashing out big time :( . Yet being in EU the options are pretty limited , thus that's why i am asking for entropay .

P.P.S If anyone knows any other way of getting visa issued reloadable cards in EU , that would be a god send gift for me and i suppose others in my position
