Where to get a virtual credit card and bank account?

Hello,

Out of curiosity where do I get a virtual credit card and bank account for paypal? Is there a seller who provides these? Can I make my own? Sorry for all these question I'm still new and haven't adapt with the atmosphere yet and my knowledge about stealth is novice. I am looking forward to hear your advice. Thank You.=}-

You can PM the account sellers here for a VCC

For a bank account you will need to talk to your chosen bank :thumb:

VBAs can be bought on the forum but these can only be used to verify a US PayPal, not withdraw from
