Wait for .com users to write something about it.

This appears to be the message from Paypal .com regarding Payooner.

"Thank you for contacting PayPal.

This is XXXXXX, your Account Specialist for today. I hope you are doing well.

Mr. XXXXXX, I can see that your bank account was processed through Payoneer. Please be advised that we just had an update that effective immediately, as a security measure, we will no longer process transactions to bank accounts from Payoneer regardless of the country the customer resides in. This must be the reason that you were getting an error message when in you tried to withdraw funds.

For security reasons, we cannot disclose as to why we can no longer transact with Payoneer. Please try to add a different US bank account."

Was in the process of getting a Payooneer account but now need another idea?

There are little to no alternatives to Payoneer especially for US banks.

You may need to go to the US if you wanted to get a US bank.

It's a good excuse to put down on your business expenses, a little trip to the US

Payoneer has been used and abused for years.

Pretty much totally shut down for use on PayPal now.

Can you travel to the US as a tourist without an address or ssn and still open an account though?

Yes.

Certain US banks do let overseas persons have accounts with them.

HSBC also offer a service, but they like a large deposit to be paid
