Any Visa/master Card without geographic limit or countries limit
 

I think it is required by lot of people outside west world. If we are not from USA or EU, that mean, we are not in USA/EU and do not have SSN, what option we can use?

After lot of time research, I still try to figure any one help? I do not care about fee and cost , only safe and reliable.

Many card need to buy at local store ( geographic limit) or ship to a real address( geographic limit too) or need a ssn ( country limit to only USA)

EP, that is one of optional but I want more to not put eggs in one basket.
Giftcards.com seem a options too, but I have not tried it yet. Can I use this card to buy online like a normal VISA card?

Any more option, please leave your input, I am very appreciate.

by search the db, i found anyone include amazon will know your card is from entropay or vanllia or anything else bank. it is shock to me. so amazon not refuse entropay right?
