Virtual Credit Cards..

Hi

there are many banks that offer virtual credit cards (think of BOA - ShopSafe, Citi - VAN etc).

My question is if I link these to a Paypal account and use a different address will it fail the AVS?

Is there any way to change the name and address on these virtual cards with BOA and Citi? or are there any other providers that let one change address associated with virtual card?

Sometimes they work sometimes they dont, worth a shot or just get a vanilla visa

Bank account is used to verify.

VCC is used to confirm.
