What card i can get in store

hello.
i'm wondering which card to get. i'm not from UK but my friend lives there. I heard that you can get cards like visa/mastercard in there. so what exact card to get which would have AVS and i would be able to access it online to check paypal/amazon codes for verification ? and are those cards going to work if my seller accounts are going to be form Latvia , not from UK?

The best thing to do is send a message to an AVC Card seller and ask them if the card will work from Latvia. They should be able to help you.
