Etrade Bank Accounts Rejecting Bank Transfers?

On one of my non-eBay accounts, I have an eTrade account attached as the bank. I did a plugin payment, which had to pull some funds from my bank...and eTrade rejected the Paypal transfer! Of course, now my Paypal account is in the negative, but it's an interesting thought about these accounts;)
