Canada alternative credit card, gift card?

Which one would be the best to purchase for canada.
It seems like they are all only for the us, like the simon gift card..

If you are looking for a gift card, you can purchase Visa Gift cards called 'My Treat" at most IGA's, or Sobeys, even Mac's stores.
