Can I get a VCC if..
 

Hi guys,

When it comes to a PP account that's based outside the US (Israel);

Could I buy a VCC on here that I could then verify on an Israel PP account?

In Israel, we have the option of getting a prepaid Visa card locally, but we must initially load $50 on the card - which is quite a waste!

So I would appreciate that if someone could point out whether or not it could work for me.

You would need to PM the sellers to see if their VCC can be used for this purpose or not :thumb:

Nothing against sellers in here but I am a big DIY fan.
What's the problem with your 50$ Visa card?

Can't you use the 48$ left on the card, after PP verification, to buy another prepaid Visa card and create another account and so on?

Money left at the end can always be spent online.

So there's some VCC that could be applied to international PP accounts, and some that cannot?

Why is that a waste with the rest of the money....why cant you use the rest of the balance to pay eBay fees?

I could use it of course, but I don't intend to.

I intend to pay out my fees with PP automatically.

They got some pretty unfair fees as well (local prepaid cards), not a fan of them.

If I could avoid them, I will. That's the bottom line.
