Entropay Problem UK paypal
 

Am i doing something wrong here?

Paypal is asking for a card.

log on to entropay, create new card in stealth account's name

Click add card to paypal, enter card details, leave "same billing address" checked

Just says "some information is wrong"

Does it take a while for a entropay card to go live?

I double checked and i put the details in correctly.

You chosen VISA under the card type and not any others?

It only has one year expiry date :

Expiry Date: 05/2016
Start Date: 05/2015

Dont put any spaces in the card number.

tried with and without spaces. Yeah that's the right expiry. Tried again another 20mins after setting up the card to no avail.

What's the cheapest thing i can buy online to see if the card is functioning or if its just paypal?

Definately you doing something wrong I've used Entro this morning absolutely fine.

Try making a new card and add that?
How much funds are you putting on these cards?

Are we talking about a UK entropay and a UK PayPal here or something else?

Yes both UK. When i topped up it was in dollars though. Not sure why.

That has to do with the currency you chose when you set up the payment account.

But i have a $$ account and even $1 on a card gets accepted by paypal so i am not sure what you are doing wrong..

Hi, if your on the account registration section where it asks to link a debit card after youve created your account, skip it and log into paypal then add it through the wallet, it should work,

i created a thread yesterday on a similar issue which was resolved by the above.

Sometimes when you add a vcc while placing a purchase it gets this error and it works when you just log into paypal normally and then add the card.

It could be a delay with Entropay updating....haven't had this happen before but it could be - when did you create the EP account?
