adding money to paypal with VCC
 
can anyone recomend a VCC that i can ad €280 to and then buy something through paypal with this VCC, i dont want to use Entropay as im maxed on that and i dont like 3V any suggestions?/

ecoaccount can work, yes but you need to get verified before using it.

yes my paypal is verified 4 months now, so i should be safe to use eco account yes?

That's not what I said.

You need to be VERIFIED on ecoaccount to use it or at least get the benefits from it
