American Express Serve Card. Does it work?

Has anyone had any experience with the Amex serve card that is available? I know it needs online registration and such similar to a vanilla MasterCard. Just curious if it would work to verify a stealth account.
Any info would be appreciated.

Just get a VBA to verify your PayPal.
