I normally drop from amazon to ebay. However, I notice an ebay seller who sells an item i recently sold cheaper than amazon. I don't have any funds in my paypal to buy it then send to my buyer. I can't use my own credit card. Can I get a Vanilla Visa Card and buy ebay items from ebay and ship to my buyer?
