Is there any pre-paid card that I can get that doesn't require a SSN or any type of identification to get? and I need to be able to withdraw money from PayPal to it.

We all are looking for this. It is a unicorn and without using a debit from a foreign country is impossible because it is a LAW to have SS to be a signer of a checking/debit/savings account in the USA.

PayPal did paid for all companies, who sell prepaid cards, that, all limited money will stay in PayPal forever!

Ha, this did exist at one point in time. With netspend you could sign up for an account and get the account information before you get the card and register with your ssn.

Where theres a will I'm sure theres a way.

Yea. You got the account number and online access before the card showed up.

You could receive the deposits and verify the account with netspend.

Heres some people talking about it here, as a 'loophole'.

You can use Entropay / Neteller / MyChoice + some EU PP acc to withdraw directly to CC / VCC.

Most cards are from poland. They have an IBAN

The WBK cards still work. But the mBank cards do Not.

As paypal just randomly blocked them for some reason.....:rolleyes:

I'd like some feedback on this. As I think you Only need the visa card to verify the accounts in Europe.

Also would the IBAN have use in united states. I cannot get a bank account at most banks in the US, which is no matter as I use prepaid card and the miltary banks.

But I'm planning on ordering these for a couple accounts for the upcoming Holiday season.

Noone accepts PP as a top-up method because of possible scams (pay - INR case - moneyback). So the only way to get moneys from the PP to a CC is using PP of a country, that allows PP withdrawals to a CC. Withdrawals to VCCs are possible, if the VCC is reloadable.

legit sources only. not some random anonymous person you found on the internet. if you want to use that person, then you can do so at your own risk. nothing in that thread applies to what is being requested here.

Yes, I completely agree. These guys selling garbage for 3 usd won't guarantee neither quality nor any support, they will probably take your money and disappear after selling you recycled CCs, that will result in a linking and suspension after 1 week. Here, prices are higher, but every seller is carefully selected by Aspkin, which guarantees that sellers are offering only quality items, which work, and will not do any harm to your account, if used properly.

This has happened to me on talkgold , the seller ran off with the money and would not give me an expuse code. Horrible experience.

Maybe I should become a vendor here for anon polish debit cards... Since you all appear to be all but oblivious to them. I badly wanted to keep this secret.(due to what happened with the anon mbank cards)

Which had to ban due to rampant abuse.

They were that popular.

There just like the metabank vanilla gift cards in use here in the states.

Except they have an IBAN account number from a polish bank.


For you law buffs that means yes, its legal.

you are completely missing the point here because you are trying to sound cool like you're the only person in the world who knows how to send money to an anon offshore bank account (VCC/VBA to be more accurate).

there's a $2,500 limit on these which is even more of a joke because that means i'd have to keep buying cards from some random person on a bitcoin forum.

i don't give a sh*t what bank the cards are registered with. if OP wants to take such a risk in having a polish VCC with a max of $2,500 per year that he has to keep purchassing from some anon bitcoin forum poster, then by all means do so. :deadhorse:

That is not a secret at all. I have mentioned international debit cards before. Quite expensive exchange rates and ATM fees. From what I gather from the many, many, many forum members who use Poland and other cards it is 15-20%

You have to have one hell of a big profit margin to afford that.

You do have a debit card. ATM international fees can be exorbitant.
