VCC for automatic payment method

I bought a VCC for opening an eBay few months for verification, everything is fine and have been selling very smoothly until yesterday, when I tried to list new items, eBay asked me to set up aotumactic payment method before could proceed further, since I don't have credit card, can I just buy another VCC for the auto pay, and I use the PayPal for the monthly fees?
