Anyone know how I can get an Amazon Prime buyer account in USA? I tried 3 different VCC and accounts are instantly locked. Each account had new VPS and USA IP. |

I believe I had someone send me a Amazon gift card to open one. It was a while ago so I don't remember exactly how it was done. Search sending an Amazon Prime account as a gift. Quote:
