hello brothers , i am tanjir niller from bangladesh , my country dont support paypal , but some of the freelancer from my country did manage their paypal account with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address and link it with payoneer but i dont have option to deposit payoneer card too (as i also didnt get any payment from anywhere ) so can i use NETELLER virtual card to link with paypal , do NETELLER got their own us bank address right like payoneer and i got option to deposit money on NETELLER from my bank account .
