Local card and Ip
 

Anyone knows a card (virtual or non virtual) that possible to verify ebay sg? Tried entropay, some local visa prepaid card and brought a virtual online but all are rejected by ebay. Also tried entering the card in ebay us uk and ca but all rejected. Does ebay allow verify based on ip? If using entropay than the ip to verify must be a uk ip?

Most likely that's your problem as you're not in the UK by the looks of it.

Hes from Australia, not the UK. The flag looks similar to UK though :S

Me from sg not au. The computer has a dynamic ip but not using a proxy. Locally there is not much to chose for card compared to us or uk (1 or 2 visa gift card and there are not allow to use online) If the reject is really due to ip than buying oversea gift visa really does not get verify in ebay (no matter which ebay page us uk or other) and the possible to verify ebay account seems very remote (not considering opening bank account).

Anyone has a simon gift account? The simon only let us purchaser. Just for trial to verify whether ebay verify cards using ip. Anyone would send a simon gift account info and post back whether the verifying is possible with non us ip on this thread.
