There would need to be a lot of trust when using bitcoin. Either buyer or seller could flee with the bitcoin never to be seen again.

PayPal are not going to know you have bought a VCC with a CC or DC.

It will make no difference

If you buy a Vanilla Visa at a store with Cash....is also anonymous, also your not going to find any place that sells cards with bitcoin.

Try qck-card. It come to any name to mailbox for free. Then you need to activate card and pay the activation fee.
Possible deposit your card with bank transfer or with bitcoins. No ID required.

Hello! Have you used this card yourself? Do you know if they offer fair rates for btc loads? The few services I have seen similar to this add a 10-20% markup by over valuing their btc buy and sell price as necessary. Id love to try this card out but cannot lay out $108 purchasing fee without some feedback of some sort. Thank you.
