Which is the cheapest Virtual Credit Card (VCC) company to use? How about EntroPay and linking that to my PayPay account? Will eBay notice if I link my current PayPal account to my Stealth account as my old eBay account was suspended and linked to the same PayPal account?

What country are you trying to make accounts in?

1 eBay to 1 PayPal

If you have an eBay linked to a limited PayPal you cannot just add a new PayPal. That also applied for limited eBays. You would need to start again

You can do nothing like that.

Very bad word for us is LINK.

You must have everything new to start again.

I am trying to make an Entropay account in Malta and link it to my PayPal account. What do you think?

For the cheapest I would give advcash.com a try , For me it worked and they take a really small fee of 1$.
Anyway linking information is something you need to avoid , So linking accounts is much worse.

Do you think that advcash.com is cheaper than Enropay regarding the fees? Regarding linking accounts I mean that I would need to link my Entropay account with PayPal or advcash.com account with PayPal or else how can I transfer the money into my Bank account? Just to let you know, I am currently living in Malta. Can you guide me more on this please?

Entropay is good. You could look at using EcoPayz or Neteller but they are AVS cards so that could be a problem as it won't 'bypass' the AVS.

If you are UK based look at AVS prepaid cards from the stores if not you could buy from one of the marketplace sellers for VCCs

All I want to know if it's possible to link EntroPay with my PayPal account so then I could transfer all the money entered to my bank account? Can someone please explain to me how does this work?

Yes Entropay can work for this but what country PayPal is in question? Malta? If so, you need to make sure the PayPal allow card withdrawals, if so then yes go ahead.

Other options that work for withdrawing to card, don't just think about Entropay.
