vanilla Visa For Paypal Cc AVS?
 

I have added a vanilla visa to my stealth USA paypal account. In order to lift the 500 pp limit, I need to confirm that the Cc belongs to me and the address is the same.
How does this work? it says it will charge $1.25 or equivalent.

I haven't registered the Vanilla visa or anything, just bought it at Walmart, loaded it with $25, and added it to my US pp acct. I didn't add the zip code on the vanilla website that corresponds to my card or anything, just purchased, and linked.

Will the AVS work with my Vanilla Visa card? Even though I didn't register it or anything.

Register the ZIP code and click to confirm. When you have done both of these, go back to the Vanilla Visa website and check your card activity. The code for PayPal should show up almost immediately.
