AVS VCC for Online Purchases

Do any of you guys know any legit VCC provider that would be able to offer VCC's that support AVS registration?

I mention that I am non-US resident and I need VCC's in order to make online purchases from US websites. Most of them are not able to charge my credit card because AVS is not very popular between EU banks and I cannot confirm my billing address.

I tried Entropay and Neteller and, most of the time, my orders are rejected. I also tried to find something like this in the marketplace but all sellers are able to deliver verification purposes VCC's and nothing that could be used for frequent purchases.

Any thoughts? Thanks a lot for your help.

Looks like Revolut is owner/ has partnered with PaySafe which is the same service behind Neteller. But I will try it out and report it back.

LE: Just created an account with Revolut...works very smoothly with their mobile app...received my first VCC and checked it on an onlin ebin database. It looks like it has been issued by a Russian bank. Chances for this vcc to work in the US are minimal :D ...I think I would have better chances with EU banks .
