I can sign up for say a vanilla Visa card in my own name,address and all. Add it to my stealth paypal, and ebay account to verify the accounts?

if you get a vanilla visa gift card then you would register the address on the stealth account not your home address

A Vanilla card does not require your name or address. You only need to register the zipcode (match it to the one you have set as your stealth address) in order to add it to your paypal account.
Note that it does NOT verify the account. It only confirms the shipping address.
In order to verify the account youll need to add a bank account or a VBA - which you can buy in the seller section.

What kind of card do i get that i can add my real name and address and steal add it to a stealth account?

If you didn't have a PP or EB account in the past with your name -- just
get a real CC from any bank.

Otherwise, why would you use your real name with a stealth acc? :spy:

I read some where in the stealth ebook about this.
I have a working stealth account, but i am going to open another. I changed internet service providers,so i am going to open up a new account in my 17 year old sons name. I will be using my oldest daughters mailing address. Sense he is only 17 i can't get a vv debit card in his name can i? That is why i was going to use my name,and address. My zip code will match with the new account.

Use a stealth name - don't use family people's info please.

That is NOT doing things stealth.
And once the account gets into trouble and your son is forever banned from ebay Im sure he wont appreciate hearing about it from you.
Go full stealth.
