Question on creating new EBay/PP acct.
 

For instance my name is Peter, and this name is attached with my past Debit card used to verify Paypal. If I do create another DC, of course the name will also be 'Peter' with Same Address registered for this DC, can i still use the new DC to verify safely?

Similar question goes to bank account as the name will be the same.

aspkin did answer you. It is always better to use a card that has no LINK at all to any old ebay/paypal accounts, hence the suggestion of the prepaid card like simon giftaccount.

You may have a bank account in your real name BUT that account must never have been used before for ebay/paypal. Depending on which bank you use, the name is not known to paypal in most cases. This is for USA accounts:)

Does this also apply to Australian bank accounts?
