sorry for my english

i want ask i live in malaysia

what vcc is good for malaysian user?

for verify ebay and paypal?

malaysian bank dont have any vcc selling or prepaid card

i can make a debit card

but a bank just give 1 debit card per person ..

how to play stealth in ebay if i cannot buy more debit card..
