Hey guys quick question im making a bulk of paypal stealth accounts for later use. I know i can buy vba's but im planning on testing out a few methods so i rather not waste money. I remember a few years ago we could make etrade accounts for free with stealth info and it gave us all the necessary vba info for paypal. Is there any new safe alternatives similar to this one?

Etrade was blacklisted ages ago and even then you couldn't just open bank accounts using stealth info.
The only other option you have is opening accounts on your own name and adding them - which kind of defeats the whole purpose.
